Ben Bradford
Head Talent I.D. (Goalkeepers)
Ben is the head of our Talent I.D. for goalkeepers. He not only runs his own hugely successful and over-subscribed goalkeeping academy, BBGK Academy, but he also has a wealth of experience when it comes to finding and nurturing talent. Ben was most recently the Lead Development Goalkeeping Coach for West Ham United Football Club. He has numerous qualifications, including FA Level 2 goalkeeping, and FA Talent Identification and was also the former Essex Regional Goalkeeping Scout for Cambridge United.
In addition to his coaching and talent identification experience, Ben is a former goalkeeper who played for West Ham United and Southend United. Will Hope
Photography
Will is a highly talented student currently attending Essex University. He has already established himself as a skilled photographer with an exceptional eye for capturing sports images that are unrivalled in quality. Will's journey as a photographer began at the age of 16 and since then he has been capturing some of the most breathtaking moments in the Premier League, Women's Super League (WSL), and English Football League (EFL) games. His work has allowed him to be close to some of the most elite football players in the world, and he has captured their movements and expressions in a truly captivating way.
Will's experience as a former academy-level football player for teams such as West Ham Utd and Southend Utd has given him a unique perspective on the game and the ability to capture truly outstanding images. His attention to detail is evident in the photographs he takes, which are a testament to his dedication and passion for his craft.
